21. Out of the Dark By Sharon Sala, Thriller. Jade tries to run from an abused childhood while someone from her past tries to stop her from remembering. Strong mature themes that are so well written that I had trouble reading it. High marks, would recommend.
22. Killing Fear By Allison Brennan, Thriller. Will and Robin meet again after a serial murderer escapes from prison to hurt them down for vengeance. Great read, quick and very suspenseful.
23. The Golden Compass By Phillip Pullman, Fantasy. The final chapter of his Dark Materials trilogy and my favorite. Lyra and Will discover thier destiny as well as the life they must build for the future. Read the whole series.
24. Fallen Angels By Lori Foster, Romance. Collection of three short stories of betrayal, love lost, found and trust. The shortest story was my favorite because it shows that first impressions aren't always the right one.
25. The Watcherman By Robert Crais, Thriller. First Joe Pike novel...he's a secondary character in his Elvis Cole series. Rich girl from LA finds herself in a car accident followed by terrorist out for her life. Joe risks everything to save her life...does he? Great read and everyone should own it.
26. The Colorado Kid By Stephan King, Mystery. Unsolved mystery about a man from Colorado found on a beach in Maine as told to a young journalist by tow very old men. Fun read, quick and different from what I've read in the past by King.
27. Heartbreaker By Julie Garwood, Romance/Mystery. Father Tom hears the confession of what a killer plans to do to Father Tom's Sister. In order to protect her, he asks his best friend, a FBI agent, to catch the killer before he can kill. I've read it before, but i love it.
28. Mercy By Julie Garwood, Romance/Mystery. Dr. Mike saves Theo's life through surgery, but can he return the favor when a killer is hired to kill her over some documents that proves dear Uncle John is a very bad man. The story take place in a no name town in the South and the people make you fall in love with them.
